Hi,
If you're still looking for someone, I'd be willing to talk about cleaning up your HTML. Like you, I'm not a high-level HTML'er, but I like clean pages (drives my boss crazy because she doesn't mind them with a lot of extra unnecessary code), and I can see that you definitely need a font change and some work with some of your bottom table material to make it more attractive as well as cleaner HTML-wise. There's a lot of interesting stuff going on right now with SERPs and tables.
Contact me if you're interested. Unfortunately, I can't give you a link to any of the pages I've created as webmaster, since they are all password-protected (intranets for companies), but I'd appreciate the chance to help you clean it up a bit and make it a little more SE friendly.
I'm also a content writer/editor for a number of American and Canadian websites, so I'll catch all your typos and grammar problems (assuming there are some) as an added bonus for no extra charge LOL. And, I work cheap.
