My all time largest complaint it people! Okay, no all people. Only those who tell me they "don't have any viruses, etc. on THEIR computer" because they don't go to "THOSE type of sites." They won't let you near their computer but complain the loudest when "it's acting funny." Can we say headache central?
I try desperately to remain calm and logical. When all I really want to do is run screaming from the room. Any computer connected to the internet will be compromised withing 15 minutes. One anti-virus program is NOT going to save them. No matter how many times you tell them this they DO NOT listen. What I would really love to tell them is they're an idiot and shouldn't own a computer. I wonder if that would be more affective? If I thought it would be..... One can dream though.
How can you reach people who don't want to listen? Who don't believe THEY can get a virus, etc?
