Am having trouble getting Weproworld Newsletter

I receive the Webproworld newsletter at the office, but have tried during the last week to get it at home, too.
Sometimes it will tell me that I put a bad email address in (even though it was not bad) and when I finally get the email address submitted correctly...usually the next day......it will tell me that they are sending me an email to which I need to respond, but I never get the email

Hey can we swap email addy's. I registered once and seem to get a duplicate. Never read them they just get binned with all other trash.
