I was looking at your site, not that I am looking for a new host, it is not my decision. But I was curious, and I was wondering why there is not a log-in for members? I have at least seen my host site and there is a log in. Could it be that yours is at another location than the urls listed here? I didn't find it at the www.eagerhost.com url either.

The site looks good, but I do not know enough about hosting to understand a lot of the services you offer. Maybe you could have a page called "hosting for dummies" or FAQ. For example, on the Dedicated Servers page, maybe you could add information about dedicated servers that would help me know if I need it our not. Maybe people like me should just stay away from computers altogether.?
