Same site 2 addresses

I have two different website addresses for one website. Will this be seen as spamming?
I have submitted both sites to Google but can't see any ranking anywhere, and have tried searching for them using key words, but with no avail.

Yes, it is seen as spamming and frowned upon by the search engines if more than one domain name resolves to the same content.

The proper way to handle this is to pick one main domain name and redirect the other one to it using a 301 Permanent Redirect.
