With the approval of the admins, I am posting this.
I have a PR 6 site that I am selling. It's been around a good while and is targeting the Real Estate market, but because Real Estate is so competitive, I am getting out of that area.
The domain is a PR 6 will expire Oct 7th, so I will either sell it at a reasonable price or just let it go on Oct 7th.
Anyone interested may contact me in a sticky note for more details.
You would get the domain, the content if you want it (minus the AdSense), but you will have to arrange for your on hosting. If you plan to keep the site alive as it is, you would also need to put your on affiliate ads on it. I plan to shut down hosting on Oct 7th also.
