Hello,
I just wanted to rant and hopefully in the process protect some WPW members.
Last night when I checked my business email, all my 340 saved messages are gone!!! After talking with my hosting company there is indeed another IP address logging into my account and stealing my emails. Needless to say I changed my passwords and am in the process of changing my sensitive info contained in those emails.
Was there anything I could do to prevent this?
The IP address goes to a weird company I never heard of: http://www.internap.com/ not sure why they would want to access my account. Maybe a hacker is using them as a decoy.
Needless to say I have suffered huge damages because of this.
Is there any type of company I can hire out there to find the hacker? I am willing to spend money if it results in charges being laid.
I hope none of you have been unfortunate to have this happen.
