Hi there, I am completing a business plan for a government grant for a product based e-commerce site, I am learning as I research and this will be my first site if I get approved. Any suggestions from all of you out there that have made mistakes and learned from them or those that have run smoothly from the start would be much appreciated. Thanks Scotti
