I see a lot of froogle domains being registered.
Do you think there is any concern for a trademark violation, since froogle is owned by google?

I hope not.
I did some basic research and I found numerous sites already using "Froogle" and reselling or promoting Froogle service.
As with any trademarked name it would depend on the relationship the company wants with the market place.
For example, I purchased a RE/MAX domain name last year for one of my real estate customers (a RE/MAX broker / owner) and I received a cease / desist letter from them. RE/MAX will not allow anyone, including their own broker / owners to use the word "REMAX" in a domain name.
On the contrary, I'm working on a project for Nextel phones and they've given us permission to use "nextel phones" as it will be promoting their brand and hopefully generate some sales for the reseller I'm working with.
In the case of Froogle, I'm hoping that they have a similar philosophy as Nextel... If not, there are alot of folks out there that will be receiving cease / desist notices including myself.
