I have a potential client that is interested in Banner Ads, Pop-Up Ads, etc. for his site. He is an on-line lottery ticket vendor.
He is outsourcing us for his SEM but we don't offer any type of banner/pop-up advertising and I am having trouble locating pricing for this type of marketing.
