I have been struggling to get my site picked up by search engines for a few months now. It was coming up fine for a while but my host company had so many problems keeping their servers up...that my site got dropped.
This week I have been dealing with a new problem. When I type in the title of my site (Goodge's Chihuahua Apparel)in any search engine--the URL results point to another site that uses my licensed business name throughout the Webpage. My site is about dog apparel and is at http://goodge.us/gca. When I click on the link that supposedly points to my site it takes me to this URL: http://www.gottaloveyourdog.com/dog-behavior/70/Goodge's-Chihuahua-Apparel.html. Again this is my licensed business name being used without my permission by someone I don't know. Can they do this legally?

This is the generated listing:
Dog training :: dog problems and behavior :: train your puppy ...
... french bulldog houston photos of 11-month old australian shepherd Goodge's Chihuahua Apparel silverice alaskan malamutes affordable french bulldog puppies ...

Here is the owner of the domain. If you have a trademark of the name they are doing a trademark violation. I didn't see any copied text so I dont think you can get them for copyright infringement.

Im sure that someone has a better answer for you.

I think the difficulty lies with your domain name.
If I click on http://goodge.us/gca it takes me to a "Not found" screen that suggests I go to the homepage for goodge.us -- and this is a Peace Corps member's site!
Somewhere, somehow, your URL registration hasn't gone through correctly and this, rather than a copyright infringement, is what's wrong.
Moreover, the one thing that doesn't make sense to me is your .../gca URL extension. I'm not aware of any such thing.
I'd suggest you contact whoever registered your domain name and get them to solve your problem.

The problem with the link is the trailing dot that was included in the link. (glitch of the forum)

The real problem with your site may be because of an ethical trend at Google. You have Traffic Zap. Google may have dropped you because your site is opening unwanted irrelavent windows on your visitors.
