account management

Hello all,

What do you feel is the best account management system for a web design business? What are the things you've found that we really need to track about our clients or potential clients? How do you organize all their personal, marketing/sales, etc. info & why do you do it like you do? (Can you tell I'm trying to also write a business plan?)

Thanks much for your time & interest & for participating in this forum. We're all so busy, but for me it's inspiring and wonderful to know that there are people out there who will "talk" to one another like this.

I would be interested in any answers to your question.

I am looking for invoicing software that will manage both recurrent invoicing and one-off invoices, as well as help me with recording payments, overdue accounts, etc.
