Of course I don't know how valid these numbers are as I've heard some say they were not valid at all, but in the absence of the ones who really know thne I guess its something. I just recently started thinking about the value of a couple of my domains and I really do not understand the items an appraiser really looks for with appraisals. I guess it really depends on what you want to pay for one.
