Adsense rejection reasons ??

Just went live with two portal type websites. Pretty generic, one very local. Almost directory like for now. I am building traffic & adding content on my sections and getting ready to apply for google adsense.

I do not want to get rejected by doing something wrong. What do I need to watch out for? I read through the google adsense rules but it wasnt quite black and white. Online Gaming content and links are ok but not online gambling & betting. Am I not allowed to talk about bay area card rooms for instance? Cant I have Reno/Vegas Casino travel section where I talk about gambling?

What about adult entertainment? Where is the line drawn? Does Google know that the drag show restaurant "asiaSF" in San Francisco is quite hip and clean fun - can I feature grown up entertainment choices like this and others on my local portal or is it a no - no. ..?

Anybody..? For what if any reasons have your sites been rejected?

Anybody got any ideas and/or exprience where Google adsense really draw the content and/or link out line.

I don't know ALL reasons, but I do know that they don't accept adult websites, and websites that contain too many ads.

Well- you can basically get approved for adsense and then after - you get approved - carry all the adsense code in all pages except teh ones with adult content or gambling content and i think you should be fine.
