Every time I come up with, what I think, a good 2 words domain name, those domain are already registered.
That's leave me with 3 words domain. Is 3 words domain name can reach high value?

I try to stay away from 3 word domains. (But that doesn't mean they're completely worthless.) There are still lots of good 2 word domains (and even 1-worders!) you can pick up.
There are a number of useful tools you can use to generate names you may like. NameBoy.com is one example.

I agree with the previous post...beauty is in the eye of the beholder when it comes to domains.
Here are several I have for sale or development:
1. superbowlcard.com
2. playoffcard.com
2. nflpass.com

I have never seen a 3-worder sell for a considerable amount :)
There are still a lot of 2-worders available that might suit your requirements. Here is one of my favorite domain "toys" for you guys to play with:

I own a Three-word Domain: GetRealMusic.com: its for sale and offers are welcome
I believe it has great commercial value with a clearly defined audience - the music industry and music lovers. It contains three generic words commonly used on the Internet - get, real, and music, and has a total of five expressions, if your include "ger real" and "real music". I Googled "get real music" (without the quotes) and got a whopping 33,300,000 results. With the quotes, I got 245,000 results, not bad either.
