Hello,

I run a group of IT&C experts in Romania. We usually do jobs for US customers, and now I decided to register this business in US in order to be more reliable to our customers and to avoid the wild taxes of the Romanian gov.

The business will be owned and directed by me. I read some articles about incorporating in DE, and I don't know which legal form should I adopt for the company. It seems that to avoid double taxing I have to move from a C to a S corp. But to operate, all shareholders have to US citizens/residents, which is not my case. Is this appliable in DE too?

Also which are taxes that a company pays in US?

Thanks!
