Hi - I am pretty new here and could not find a category in the index to exactly suit my subject. I have one operational online store and recently purchased domains in Spanish for a version of my website in that language. The site has been converted Spanish via software since I am not bilingual.

I need humans to look over the site before I begin promoting it as I am sure it is less than perfect. I might as well mention at this point that I have WAY more 'great' ideas than actual expertise to implement them! <g> I have contacted the Spanish department heads of local colleges but have yet to hear back from them - thought this might make an interesting class project! Anyway, if anyone has ideas of where I might find a bilingual proofreader, a class in need of a project or a Spanish professor with lots of time, please let me know! If anyone cares to look, my original website is:
http://www.uptownflamingo.com
the unedited Spanish version is:
http://www.flamencorosado.com

PLEASE feel free to email any ideas! Thanks,
P.J.

Perhaps if a moderator sees this they may create a new section Translators Required, Translators Avialible.

In the mean time you can always view it using http://babelfish.altavista.com/ or http://www.google.ca/language_tools?hl=en

Babelfish might be a start, but I've heard the translation is far from perfect!

Babelfish can really muck up your words. I would not go that route!

On the other hand, if you're looking for a good, solid and most importantly accurate translation of your work, I'm available for hire. :) I have a B.S. in Spanish

Please feel free to email me if you're interested.

Hi PJ:
A member of my family SEO team can help you. My son Erik is an English professor and also teaches ESOL (English to Speakers of Other Languages).

He is multi-lingual and speaks Spanish, Portuguese and Hebrew expertly in addition to writing Op-Ed articles for several newspapers.

I am responding for him as he is not here at the moment, but I know he will be interested and will get back to you as soon as he returns.

Regards,

Hi. I live in Mexico, so Spanish is my native tongue, and English is my mother tongue. I would be happy to help you out, let me know your budget and any details about your project. I am also a professional SEO, so I can help you with that also.

Thanks.

Alex.
