Some of the help, and knowledge necessary to ward off problems these days can get pretty involved, even overwhelming if you are not that experienced or 'hard-core'.
Here is an article that teaches safety in an easy to follow, uncomplicated manner. That is the type I like, sometimes I find myself having to do things that I don't understand, and often get lost. This sort of info is more my style:
