No one seems to know why PR on our services pages doesn't show up. For example, the PR bar here http://www.ctgroup.biz/ctgroup.jsp?id=5 is white. However, if I check its "real" PR here http://www.top25web.com/pagerank.php it shows the PR3. All pages of a site are written in the same fashion. The strange thing is that main page, news, and contacts are showing its PR, and the rest of the pages doesn't. Why can that be? Help, please.

I would think it is because you us the words"Google PageRank" in the title and keywords.

You obviously didn't look at the source code of our site. There are no such words in the mata tags, and never where. Because no one answers my questions, I take it as no one ever ran into this kind of a problem ?! In case someone knows what is going on with our site, please speak up......

Do you mean that you have no PR on your internal pages? If so, it can take time in Google spreading the PR internally. The best way to speed this up is, AFAIK, to create a site map and bung all your internal links on it.

However, if I have the wrong end of the stick, I apologise

Following up on the post by pedstersplanet, I'm also not certain which question "no one answers" or which problem "no one ever ran into".

Your root at http://www.ctgroup.biz/ is PR5. However, your index page at http://www.ctgroup.biz/index.jsp is showing a grey bar for me (no PR). Why are you using jsp pages?

The page you reference is an internal (dynamic?) page with only about 5 backlinks showing, all from other pages on your site. It's also not very search engine friendly - you have a ton of scripts for the spiders to wade through first, and then a long series of images with no ALT tags, before you get to any indexable content. And although the page is in English, you are still using a declaration which says "charset=koi8-r". And it's not showing PR=0 for me -- it's showing a grey PR bar, although it is indexed and cached in Google.

You have a lot more backlinks pointing to the home page, which is what you want.

Did you fix the issues addressed in this thread (http://www.webproworld.com/viewtopic.php?t=19090)? It doesn't appear so, although I haven't gone through your pages in any exhaustive way...

From what I see - at quick glance,

Google doesn't seem to like any of your .jsp?id= pages

Thank you all for your input!!!! I would greatly appreciate if you give me a hint on what needs to be done to .jsp?id pages to make Google like it? To what should it be changed? Also, how the structure of the scrip should be changed to make it more search engine friendly? Would we need to change our site design to comply with the source code redesign?

Get rid of the id .... Googlebot apparently no like those in case they are a session ID
