Are there any good OSCommerce tutorials or classes that would help with the setup of a new storefront, configuring admin pannel, customizing, troubleshooting, etc.

I would be interested in hearing of any too. OS Commerce prides itself on its strong community of helpers. Check their forum here http://forums.oscommerce.com/ for answers to most questions.
