Response from email to azgoogle.

Thank you for writing. AzoogleAds did not install anything on your computer. AzoogleAds is an advertising network which works with over 2,000 publishers. These publishers include website owners, search, text, email and popup marketers. Some of these publishers utilize popup ads to advertise various campaigns available on AzoogleAds. With so many publishers, it's hard to follow which affiliate is promoting our offer and how. That said, without providing us further information, we can't determine which publisher may have popped an advertisement on your computer. If you can send us the link which was popped up, we'll do our best to contact the publisher and get them to cease immediately.

In the meantime, we recommend that you use a FREE software called Ad-Aware to remove anything that may have been installed on your computer. This program will remove any adware that may be installed. You can download the program from:

In addition, this link: http://www.look2me.com/cgi-bin/UnPopups?ID=azoogle will stop any and all of our ads from being shown on your computer.

We hope that this will rectify the problem and apologize for any inconvenience caused. We do not condone spyware nor have we ever used it to market any of the offers available on AzoogleAds.

Thank you.

Note - On your screen you may have to change the ID number shown above ( 69274... )if it is different in your tool bar.
