FastPay a PayPal rival?

Payments (at least in the United Kingdom) may be made via the NatWest Bank Fastpay Service.

The FastPay service is offered by National Westminster Bank Plc, Registered in England 929027. Registered Office: 135 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 3UR. National Westminster Bank Plc is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority and represents the NatWest Marketing Group. The Bank sells life policies, units in collective investment schemes and pension products and advises only on the Marketing Group's range of these products, on a With Profit Bond produced by Norwich Union Life (RBS) Limited and also on the RBS Investment Funds ICVC operated by RBS Collective Investment Funds Limited.

Was this a observation or a sales pitch. Any industry that has a niche now online can look at fierce competition in the future the real underlying competition will come from major banks coming up to bat.
To observe on compotation levels I’m not sure what percentage of pay pals revenues come from the U.K. or what their invested output is. This may just be a “moo point”
Google lost country contracts because they neglected lesser markets.
