Payments (at least in the United Kingdom) may be made via the NatWest Bank Fastpay Service.

The FastPay service is offered by National Westminster Bank Plc, Registered in England 929027. Registered Office: 135 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 3UR. Was this a observation or a sales pitch. Any industry that has a niche now online can look at fierce competition in the future the real underlying competition will come from major banks coming up to bat.
To observe on compotation levels I’m not sure what percentage of pay pals revenues come from the U.K. or what their invested output is. This may just be a “moo point”
