I don't want to lower the price (starting at $50k) because a couple of years ago I sold LowJack.com for $10k.

There is no way you will get 50k for that domain name. A portal for large night clubs really isn't all that necessary. Plus there are already a lot of seasoned players in the sector already like citysearch.com to name but one. Good luck getting $1,000 for that name.
