Website Help Needed and Appreciated

I didn't personally design this site, www.ineed2shop.com but have the liberty of adding html and pages to. What would you suggest I add to the site? Any assistance would be appreciated.

Personally, I would scale the site so it would fit an 800 X 600 screen. You have enough white space so the site will look fine a larger monitor. The things that really stuck out to me, was the left to right scrolling. Another suggestion would be, design a new navigation bar.
