Lost domain ,anyone offer advice.

Hi Guys & Ladies.

Made a bit of a burk of myself as i've forgoten to re register a domain. We trade as www.wetandchillychips.co.uk but held the .com as well , unfortunatly i forgot to re register the .com and it has been taken up by http://www.wetandchillychips.com/DirectNIC.
Is there any way i can recover this domain name?. Are there any scams linked to this, what should be on the lookout for?
I mean with a name like wetandchillychips i can't imagine another company registering the same name by coinisidence, do you?

the whois shows this domain is now registered by
http://www.noldc.com/

I don't know what they can use it for.

Perhaps they simply want to make a little earning
from you if you want that domain name back.

That's tough, fasterstill.

If the name has already been registered by someone else, there's nothing much you can do except to persuade the new owner to sell it back to you.
