View Full Version : Networking two remote LANs

hi
i need a help in networking side.
I have a LAN net work in my office and another LAN at home. Both places I have dsl (seperate ) connections. Now thru this DSL, can i connect this two networks?.IPS will change the IP address for once in a month.

If u r not able to answer me, Pls let me know the place where I may get a solution

Presumably you want the ability for a PC on either network to be able to remotely control the other, yeah?
If you had static IP addresses then you could use Remote Control software, such as Remote Administrator. The best choice in your situation maybe implementing a VPN (virtual private network). Do a search for VPN software, it's widely available, and there are probably freeware or low budget programs out there.

This is a complex question that needs more information.

1) What r u trying accomplish exactly? File Access? File Sharing? Instant Communication?

2) What kind of software r u using? Operating Systems? Any server software? E-mail software?
