I am looking to exchange links with websites

We are a UK based web management software house in London and are looking to exchange links with:

1) Technical IT sites (Linux, jsp,html,php, hardware, preferrably engaged in the web business somewhow)
2) Web site designers /new media companies
3) hosting companies
4) any site that thinks they merit inclusion on my site

Best of all would be sites based in the UK but will consider all websites
