Will someone Flash me?

I'm making a website and I have this little section that looks like a business card with some text over a background image. Very boring! Would love to liven it up.

I DON'T HAVE OR KNOW FLASH!

Can someone redo it as a fast loading flash file? And give it some pizazz?

I will be more than happy to pay for it! Assuming it's not too expensive.
