Flash above javascript

Hey guys, I am having a problem with a page I am designing...

Here is my page:

My problem:
Whenever you rollover the buttons on the top of the page, you are supposed to see sub menu's, but there is a flash banner under the javascript menu, and the menu gets trapped behind the flash.

Can someone please tell me how to fix this? I can post the code hee if you need it.

It looks like you got your problem fixed. I have a similar problem. What was the fix?
