I'm having a bit of a random morning here on the South Coast of the Uk. The weather is ...erm! The girlfriend is ...erm! So I thought I'd share my all time favourite quote.

“ Of course the pioneer sex-educators were revolutionaries; they were bent on undoing the contemporary repression and unmasking the hypocrisy; therefore they shrewdly seized on all the good and angelic words. But these same words are now a new taboo - “sex is beautiful, keep it clean”- they are a social defense-in-depth. This is why deprivation and the forbidden seem to lead to more intense sexual excitement; it is not that the organism needs these extrinsic aids, but that, in the blocked organism, they prevent compartmenting, they keep open the connections to resentment and rage and the unaware aggression against authority and at a very deep level, to the desperate risking of the self. For at the moment that one is defying the taboo and running the final danger, one is likely to have a flash of spontaneous joy”
