Is Yahoo is penalizing the new sites?

We had launched Online Web Solutions (http://www.online-web-solutions.com) on March end. That site on top in some keywords in Google but not in YAHOO even i didnt find top 1000 in any keywords. :(

Now what should i do for good ranking in yahoo too.

Sorry CBP, i think 7 pages (http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=domain%3Awww.online-web-solutions.com&ei=UTF-8&n=20&fl=0&fr=slv1-&dups=1)in Yahoo. ;)

Here I am talking about keywords not Yahoo crawling. Yahoo is crawling the site regularly. but its not on first 1000. one month back it was on 183 on "online web solutions" keyword for two three days.
