I just did a quick run-through and found a couple things:

The TSI logo that comes in on every page should not have a white background. It covers elements as it comes in and looks unprofessional.

The bar moving on the edges is unnecessary movement that distracts the viewer from the main content.

The next and back buttons should be replaced with a complete navigation bar. If I am on the Services 1 page, I should not have to go through all the others or back to the beginning to get to the contact page. Make it as simple for your viewer to navigate your site as possible.

There is too much fluctuation in text from page to page. Serv.1 is in the center, serv.2 is to the left, contact is centered... The text should align the same on every page and should be set to align the same as well. One page comes in fine, while one comes in low and then moves up to fit the page...

Flash is a great tool to add movement to a site, but over-used it can be a detriment to your company’s impression. Think hard about the message you are trying to present.

Best of luck. I hope this helped.

Hi Scott,
Thank you so much for the detailed review. I will put your advice to good use and hopefully improve the presentation on this site. This was my first FLASH experience and your feedback has helped tremendously!

Have a Great Day!
