I obtained this site a few years back and presently building out the site, then I ran a link popularity report and found out it rated extremely high. Any idea what it is worth?

fun-spots.com would be a FUN travel site to build out but may not sell for much without traffic. If you are just starting to build the site and have owned the domain for years - how did it get link pop?
People are linking to a site which has not existed for years? Confused... fill us in.

How did you get to the conclusion that its 'rated extremely high' in link pop ?? I can only find 15 back links (in 5 search engines) and most of those or your own ??

I think it would be quite a nice name if it wasn't for the dash...
