Only if you want lots of banner ads to contend with! Because... that's how they pay for free server space.
My advice would be to bite the bullet and pay for the domain. See www.winsave.com ~ $20 URL registration, free set-up, $9/month, they'll help register your domain, and have you up and running in a matter of hours.
They do credit card or electronic checking, bill you quarterly, or annually whichever you prefer.
