I like the design & colours, but the more I look at it the more I am not sure about the font the HQ is done in the seal. The rest gels together well though :-)

Your logo needs to communicate. It says nothing about your expertise. An effective working and credible logo includes a symbol (describing your business nonverbal) and a name (describing your business verbally). Then everybody, even at a short glance, gets an idea of what business you are in and how high your credibility/quality is.

I would recommend a symbol which symbolizes the expertise of HQ. But I can not figure out what the expertise of HQ is. This is why I could not give an example.
I am sorry for that.
Next time I will try to be more specific, promise ;)
