profit from a weblog?

I was wondering what the possibility is of setting up a subscription weblog to maybe have a classifieds type site. the site would be free to look at but the subscription would be only if your wanted to post to it. Any advice would help. thanks

I don't see why it wouldn't work. You just have to get the traffic there to the site for it to work.
