I own the domain name ... eKnives.net

It seems that with the popularity of sites like eBay, eLoan, eCars, etcs. there may be a demand for an easy-to-remember name like this in the cutlery field..

Any ideas appreciated..

I cannot truly give an apprasial, but I can tell you an idea.

There an a company online who provides drop shipping for knives. You could build a website to sell those knives and just have the company drop ship them to your customers.

I agree with imvain2. setup your own site and resell cutlery. You will have to do some investigation.

The term 'Knives' actually has an overture bid of $1 per click which is not bad !

For the right buyer it might fetch around $100-$150.

Another idea:

Build a directory of online knife dealers who provide an affiliate program. And put text about knives in the website. After that sign up for google's Adsense.

and if you were to go ahead with one of the above ideas a way to get traffic is the following domain names are in the paid category for knives in yahoo and they are expiring.
