Can anyone advise me on the use of free traffic sites, such as Traffic Swarm, and if they are worth the time spent clicking for credits, just to get your site viewed? Thanks.

In doing so, you will get traffic clicks but then it may not be targetted since majority people will be doing the same. I do occasionally check those sites that I am interested in but most of the time, I will simply ignore them.

nope ! not worth the effort IMO
As edhan has said, you may get hits, but the likelyness of a decent conversion to users/customers will be slim to none

I'm finding that out. I have subscribed to at least 7 or 8 sites. I'm getting hits through the roof, but not one customer. Thanks for the feed back.

Yeah, the only way to really produce any results is to offer something that would be good for a webmaster. Even then you usually cannot make as sale. But, if you offer them a free course or something where they "opt-in" on one of your lists, you can contact them for future business offerings...
