A Sites for sale forum?

Hi ,
I was wondering why there is no "sites for sale " or "domains for sale" forum in WPW. Sure these will be a great help to all the members seeking a broad potential buyer base...

Hi Sparsh,

I have been thinking about adding a domains for sale forum, but am concerned it may get a little spammy for WPW, since we really try to focus here on helpful discussion rather than have people post just because they have something for sale. The Domain forum is still new and evolving so we will have to see.

I'm sure you and the rest of the Mods will be able to keep those Spammers under control.

I agree that it would be tough to keep the spammers away but as a matter of fact starting any new thing is tough but we have to be bold enough to take the right decisions. I am sure youve got a great community at WPW , and they would all help to keep the spammers away. Plus you could add rules like only 3 domain requests a week or something like that

Not sure if this is allowed but if WPW doesn't go for it, www.domainnameforum.com is great for selling.

Thanks! I thought I had discovered all the domain forums but thats a good one I had not found yet.
Since we don't currently have a sites for sale forum I have no problem with people listing other resources.

All these services charge a fee and thus everyone does not post there sites here. We are looking for some free resource

All the domain forums including the one mentioned above are free. Here's a list of the top ones I know of that offer FREE domains for sale listings. They all also offer free appraisals

Many of the top webmaster and web marketing forums also allow doamins for sale posts. Too many to mention! Search and you will find ;-)
