Can I create a link in Flash to an html page with no menubar, toolbar, status bar?

You can link to the url and then when the page loads it can resize itself via javascript.

This is probably preferred as later on if you want to change something you'll only have to change the html page and not the original Flash.

Here's a tool to create the action script for what you want to do.

Just rember that this only works with the swf in an html page, not the stand-alone player or projector.
