This is great...I guess you can include it in the profile as well...so I'll go look into that. And what exactly is the point of this anyways? The internet is great in that it allows people to be themselves without getting judging immediately on how they look.

I definitely understand where you're coming from! However, the reason we encourage our members to post pictures is to add some personalization to their posts. Speaking for myself here, I like to feel like I "know" who I'm talking to, at least when it comes to a large community such as WebProWorld. Being a visual learner, pictures help that. I can sometimes recognize people by their faces even if I forget their names - the same is true here on WebProWorld. I think it enhances the forums, to say the least.
I realize people are going to judge my posts regardless of what I look like - and I have learned to brush off the shallow comments people make about hte way I look. But for those who are more self-conscious, submitting your picture to appear beside your posts is still and always will be completely optional.
