If you want to change Chrome's (highlight something) and right click "Search Google for......." URL to anything else, you can do this by editing the "Local State" file. It should be at C:\Documents and Settings\\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\Local State or just search your HD for Local State.
Open the file in Notepad or similar, and in the file you'll see two G URL's. Change those to your custom G search page and then you'll be brought to the results there instead of the basic "google.com". I use: http://www.google.com/search?q=+&hl=en&newwindow=1&safe=off&sa=G&gbv=1&as_st=y&ei=bzXlS5OLFIW8lQeE8qD5Cg&oi=images_breadcrumbs_list&ct=images-breadcrumbs-list&cd=1 , which requires no Cookie, no login, and is set for English, 10 results per page, safe-search off, and links opening in a new window.
Or I guess you can also put your MSN or Y custom search settings URL in that place in the Local State file. But of course the right click would still read "Search [U]Google for.......", I didn't look into how to change that.
