Have them resend the card with the Pin number, could have been lost in the mail. Normally you have to go to the Adsense guidelines forum to to ask the question and one of the staff members will answer you back.

Are you sure you indicated that you wanted the PIN number by mail? Perhaps the default is by phone and you missed the call.

When I signed up for AdSense, I went with the phone call, and Google texted me the PIN within the minute. I was surprised how quick the process went. Done.

Maybe you should sign back into your AdSense account, specify that you want the code sent by phone, and just get it done. I have never been called by Google since then, so if you are hesitant about giving Google your phone number, don't worry about it. Even if you have to use a friend's cell, or a temporary phone, once you get texted the PIN number and enter it, you don't have to use it again (although you might want to write it down--just in case).

Google no longer phones the pin number anymore for first time adsense account signups. It has to be the mailed Pin number to your address, just like Google Places will not do a phone pin anymore for most of the locations in the US.

i think you should ask this question in Google support they will solve your problem and you will get some experts advise, in my opinion check your address is it right or not? postal code and address should correct to receive pin code by mail .
