WASHINGTON (Reuters) — E-commerce sales over the Internet rose 28.1% in the first quarter compared with the same period a year earlier as consumers increasingly relied on the Internet to make purchases, a government report showed Friday.
GET THIS:
"E-commerce sales exclude sales of tickets, travel, financial services and pornography."
Whoa, that's a big chunk of ecomm sales that is not even being counted in the 28.1% figure.
