I use proxy & SEO Spy to check SERP of different geolocation but these are not satisfactory. Is there any better suggestions?

Why do you say these tools are "unsatisfactory"? Identifying the deficiency in the tool in terms of what you would like to be able to analize, will help more than than asking if there is anything better.
