I was wondering what everybody thinks in terms of my index page. The flash part on the top is around 400kB in size. This is really big i know however i thought since i have text and other information that if somebody doesnt want to wait they can just browse the rest.
The website if for inkjet cartridge remanufacturing equipment.
Waht do you guys think of this?

While I think it is a nice piece, I don't think it adds any value to the site. Someone coming to the site is there for information, not Flash. You are unintentionally slowing them down, and possibly losing viewers.
Good work, but not needed. Just my opinion.

I agree, small ticket items requires quick check outs, quick everything. The flash is just slowing your customer down and you might even lose a customer.
