I'm unable to upload any file through FTP (Filezilla).
The log shows the following result:
Response: 553 Can't open that file: Permission denied
Error: Critical file transfer error
Is this a problem with server or Filezilla?

553 is a FileZilla error code for an illegal file name. Are there unescaped special characters in the name? Spaces, perhaps?
