I have a client that's interested in a Drupal site set up through Buzzr. Buzzr sets up and hosts the sites (either shared or cloud hosted). I read through their site and watched the videos. They make it easy for a non-expert to customize the sites and the existing themes. They say they offer many different modules, but I haven't found a list. The cool thing is that they include an export button so that you could export your data in to a different Drupal installation if you don't want to stay with Buzzr or use their tools.

I don't see much history on them - it seems like the site's been around for a few years.

Anyone hear of them? Has anyone used them? Just looking for any feedback.

Thanks!
Jane

As a beginning, you could address the following.

They say they offer many different modules, but I haven't found a list.

Add to that your experiences pro and con.

I didn't have specific questions at this point. I'm wondering what your experience has been like.

Can you get support when you need it?
Are the tools pretty easy to use? - The videos look good, but without hands on, I find it hard to judge.
Can you do most of what you want to be able to do?

My client is a good computer user, but not a web expert. I'm trying to gauge if this will be a good solution for her.

Thanks,
Jane

My quoting you was addressed to digitalstyle_surat; i.e., I was asking him to provide some substantive response to the one specific matter raised by you.
