Could you please criticize my logo

Could you please review the logo i'm making for a company a friend and i are starting, i'm just not that sure about the design i think it needs improvement, i also know that the symbol is not align with the words but i'll correct that:

I don't know if the optical illusion works. The letters look more like WS to me. Some would probably say it looks like VAS. In order to improve it I'd either just have a normal VS or interlock the V and S.

The font for the company name as well as the color are excellent though. Also make a third logo with the background in that blue color.

I like the concept and the overall design. However, I have to agree with the above poster that the symbol itself can use some improvement, it looks like a W to me. Play around with it a bit more and it will be fantastic.
