vBulletin sent me an Email Cuz my forum isn't licensed - can someone help ?

what will happen if i haven't bought one and i haven't stopped running the site ? what will they do ?
and if they can close my site : when will they do that ? this message since five days now .
and if they will close my site : is there's any way i can continue using it ?, cuz i really don't have enough money now to buy one
and if i must buy one , can someone help me to find a cheap license for forum 3.x ? i don't care if it's inactive and expired i won't need to upgrade it .
